Bandar Puteri Central LRT is sandwiched between Puteri Central Commercial Area on one side and Tractors Malaysia on the other side. There’s bus services below for last mile connectivity (bus to housing area). This station has got no park and ride facility but there’s a common car park facility in the Puteri Central Commercial Area.
This station opened in March. A quick visit to the stations shows that it currently not that popular with the locals. There was hardly anyone there, except for a few curious ones who were there to test out the train.
Interestingly Tractors Malaysia, which is the authorized dealer for Caterpillar heavy machinery is owned by Sime Darby. The piece of land (occupied by Tractors Malaysia) next to the LRT seems like a jewel ripe to be picked, there is potential for Sime Darby to convert it to some integrated development like what they are doing at USJ 7 LRT station called Union Square.
The monsoon drain really need some makeover to make it more appealing
